My subscription isn't being detected โ what do I do? โพ
First, ensure you've granted SMS permission in your device Settings > Apps > JebSave > Permissions. Then check if you receive transaction SMS from your bank/payment app for that subscription. If you do but it's still not detected, you can add the subscription manually via the "+" button. Contact support@jebsave.in with the subscription name and your bank name for us to add detection support.
How do I delete my JebSave account and all my data? โพ
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. Confirm deletion by entering your OTP. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Alternatively, email privacy@jebsave.in with subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number.
Why does JebSave need SMS permission? โพ
SMS permission is how JebSave automatically detects your subscriptions โ no manual entry needed. When you get a "โน649 debited for Netflix" type SMS from your bank, JebSave reads it to identify the subscription. We ONLY read financial transaction SMS from known bank sender IDs. Personal messages from contacts are never read or processed.
I'm not getting renewal alerts. How do I fix this? โพ
Check that notifications are enabled for JebSave in your phone Settings > Notifications. Also ensure battery optimization is not killing JebSave in the background (Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization > All apps > JebSave > Don't optimize). If the issue persists, please contact support@jebsave.in.
Can I use JebSave on multiple devices? โพ
Yes, you can log into your JebSave account on multiple devices using OTP authentication. Your subscription data syncs across devices. Note that SMS auto-detection only works on the device where SMS permission is granted.
Is JebSave available outside India? โพ
JebSave is currently designed specifically for Indian users with Indian bank SMS formats and Indian subscription services. It requires an Indian mobile number (+91) for registration. International support may be added in future updates.
How is my Discipline Score calculated? โพ
Your Discipline Score (0โ100) reflects how actively you manage your subscriptions. Factors include: reviewing unused subscriptions when alerted, cancelling subscriptions you don't use, keeping your subscription list up to date, and responding to renewal alerts before charges occur. The score improves as you take action on the app's recommendations.
